HOW IT WORKS
Know the next step before you start.
A useful first conversation leads to a clear scope, not an unexplained commitment.
1. Describe the need
- Whether your question concerns a label, kitchen use, comparison, or educational content
- Bottle sizes and prices if you want to compare unit cost
- The intended use and the information available on the label
- For a content project, the audience, format, and questions to answer
2. Clarify the fit
We review the information, ask the missing questions, and identify any provider, professional, access, or data-handling dependencies. Do not send sensitive documents through the public form.
3. Define the proposed outcome
- A clearer comparison checklist or question brief
- A unit-price comparison using the figures you supply
- Questions to direct to the seller or producer when information is missing
- For project enquiries, a written scope and proposed deliverables where suitable
4. Agree the arrangement
Review a written scope and proposal before work or a provider change. Confirm who does what, how acceptance is checked, and what remains outside the scope.
5. Keep the handoff visible
The enquiry is kept in the shared desk with its brand and project details. Internal ownership, next-action notes, and follow-up dates help track the conversation. This does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
