OliveRite FIELD GUIDE
Store thoughtfully and use confidently
Good storage helps protect the oil you chose.
Limit exposure
Keep the bottle closed and away from direct light and heat. A convenient spot beside a hot stove may not be a good long-term storage place.
Use a manageable bottle
If buying larger quantities, ask the supplier about suitable storage and dispensing. Keep containers clean and clearly identified.
Cook for the dish
Choose an oil and cooking method suited to your recipe. Flavor, temperature control, and freshness matter more than a broad claim that one oil suits every use.
For foodservice buyers
Ask about pack sizes, lot information, consistency, and supplier handling. Discuss actual specifications rather than relying on a generic premium label.
Keep the conversation grounded.
